Morning Frost, But to Early For Aspen Color

Frost on a spider's web
We traveled to Conboy Wildlife Preserve and painted some aspen trees. Another week maybe and they will be in full color. Today was a little early, but I did enjoy the frost on the spider web. Buckley enjoyed being wrapped up in my coat. He has a good life!

Awww ... Buckley needs his own little plein air outfit. A sweater and some booties for his little feets! I can't wait to see your aspen paintings Donna. Those glittering gold leaves always captivate me.

Wow..where does the spider go when it is that frosty? His house is freezing! lol.
So glad to see Buckley out in the hinterlands keeping you company. I want him.

Thank you Donna. I am experiencing my end of summer block. I keep working and nothing looks good to me. Hope this ends soon and I get my muse back.

Celeste, good question about the spider. Buckley says that you could come and paint en plein air with us and he would be your token dog for the day! He goes home with me, because I wrap him in warm towels from the dryer when he gets cold.
