Shaded Lane en plein air

Maryhill is the location of the first paved road in Washington State. Originally built by Sam Hill back in the days Model T's, it is one of those roads with blind curves and steep hills. These trees bend low over the road providing a nice respite from the blinding sun. I think there must be water here a rare thing in Eastern Washington.
